Pricing questions
Who counts as a field worker?
Anyone who calls in reports: a crew lead, technician or officer. Office staff who review and approve reports are not billed per worker.
Can we change the number of workers?
Yes. Add or remove workers from your billing settings as your crews change. Charges are prorated.
How does the pilot work?
Pay the flat fee up front and get the Large teams plan for 60 days. You can renew it once. After that, pick a plan to keep calling in reports.
Can we pay annually by invoice?
Yes. Agencies and larger companies can be invoiced annually with net-30 terms. We can reference your purchase order on the invoice.
